How to create stunning documentation and guidelines with your account’s Scribes.

Pages by Scribe is a new, free application for creating attractive documentations and tutorials utilizing the Scribes in your account.

It now provides a Notion-like editor where you may build and publish documents using various blocks.

The pages you build on this platform can be shared via a public URL. One of the most effective use cases is the onboarding of new staff. You may build and distribute onboarding manuals to help new employees learn the company’s policies and practices.

In the latest version of Pages by Scribe, you may also integrate external media. You may incorporate films and other forms of multimedia content to produce aesthetically pleasing, shareable documents.

To begin using Scribe Pages, all that is required is a free account. I am going to assume that you already have some Scribes solely on your account. And if you are using it for the first time, you may go to the article I linked to previously.

Start developing documentation material immediately. Insert a Scribe into this document to get started. Choose a Scribe from your account and put it into the document.

The Scribe Pages editor supports the slash (/) command. After you type the slash character, the available list blocks for your document will be shown. For instance, I employ bulleted lists on my page. Similarly, you may include additional material on your documentation page. Therefore, perform the steps above, and when you are through, save the modifications.

Once the documentation is complete, you may distribute it. Click the Share icon in the upper right corner, and then copy the URL that appears. This link may be shared with anybody who want to view the documentation you have prepared.

Thus, you may now produce aesthetically pleasing documents with Scribe Pages. The procedure is straightforward and takes only a few minutes. However, you must keep in mind that if the Scribe you have added is private, it will not be visible to the general public. Therefore, if you want your page to be accessible to everyone, you must ensure that the Scribe you have integrated is also public.

If you are currently using Scribe, you will appreciate its new feature that allows you to combine many Scribes into a single, shared document. You may use it for any purpose, but the best use would be making extensive tutorials by including other content. Therefore, give it a go and then let me know what you think.
