Zen kit To Do is a super simple task manager that helps you be productive and collaborate with anyone. It allows you to organize tasks, shopping lists, meetings, events, trips, ideas, notes, locations and anything else that is important to you.
You can create lists and share tasks with your team members, family and friends. Every task synchronizes between all your devices so you can access your listings wherever you are, even offline.
Making tasks on Zen kit To Do is not difficult, I will present the basic usage as follows.
Step 1: First, you need to install Zen kit To Do (download link at the end of the article). Windows 10 compatible applications Capacity 116 MB.
Step 2: Open Zen kit To Do, you create an account or log in with the accounts that this service supports. If you create an account, you’ll need to activate it in your registration email before you can log in.
Step 3: Zen kit To Do interface is simple, no ads, easy to understand.
To create a task, you can do it in the Home section and enter content in the Add Task box > press Enter. However, to facilitate the arrangement, click Create List to create a list containing the task. Or you can import tasks available from Wanderlust, Asana at Import from other apps.
Each task, you can set:
- Add sub tasks.
- File attached.
Clicking on the task will bring up an execution menu. If you want to copy or move a task to another management list, then click the three-dot button of that task.
Zen kit To Do supports collaboration and task sharing with other users. You click Share > Add member to select the object to invite cooperation to participate in the task. If not, invite them by clicking Invite member to Zen kit.
The Zen kit To Do app on Windows 10 has a nice feature that you can work in multiple windows (like opening in multiple tabs). If you want to use, click File > New Window or Ctrl + N.
Using Zen kit To Do is quite comfortable and enjoyable because it supports many beautiful dark, transparent themes and themes. You click the avatar image> Settings > Theme to change.
Note: Besides the UWP version, Zen kit To Do supports multiple platforms. Specifically:
