NeoOffice is a Mac office suite built on the OpenOffice and LibreOffice platforms. NeoOffice allows users to read, edit, and save OpenOffice, LibreOffice, and basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files.
In 2003, two engineers produced NeoOffice when they first made OpenOffice run natively on OS X. Since then, the NeoOffice developers have continuously introduced features that are not available in OpenOffice or LibreOffice, such as:
