Apple has published the fourth developer beta of iOS 15.6 and iPadOS 15.6 today. The third beta of iOS 15.6 was made available to the public in mid-June.
You may download iOS 15.6 or iPadOS 15.6 Beta 4 by heading to Settings > General > Software Update on your iPhone/iPad. The update will only appear on your iPhone or iPad if you have loaded the developer beta profile. If you are participating in the public beta, you should receive the update within the next 24 hours.
iOS 15.5 was anticipated to be the final point release of iOS 15 prior to the WWDC unveiling of iOS 16. Currently, iOS 15.6 is likely the last point release. Apple has previously unveiled macOS Ventura in addition to iOS 16 and iPadOS 16
