Final Cut Pro X
Final Cut Pro, formerly known as Final Cut Pro X, is professional non-linear video editing software distributed by Apple Inc. as part of their Pro Apps software suite. It was made available for purchase on the Mac App Store on June 21, 2011. It is a replacement for Final Cut Pro. In November 2020, along with the launch of macOS Big Sur, it was renamed “Final Cut Pro.”
Apple’s consumer video editing software, iMovie, and Final Cut Pro X share a portion of their code and interface design philosophy.
