Xiaomi releases Mi Box 4S MAX with HDMI 2.1 and 8K compatibility

Xiaomi announced Mi Box 4S MAX in China. The Xiaomi Mi Box 4S MAX is a 4K flagship smart voice set-top box that was released in 2018. The set-top box is advertised on Jingdong (JD.com), but the e-commerce giant hasn’t started collecting orders.

The Mi Box 4S MAX is configured with a 64-bit, quad-core Amlogic S905X3 CPU. The CPU is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, making it ideal for storing your photos and movies. The TV box also includes an HDMI 2.1 interface, 4K/8K output image quality, and dynamic HDR. Additionally, it supports 8K hard decoding, Dolby and DTS sound effects, dual-band Wi-Fi, and wireless casting. Mi Box 4S MAX

MIUI for TV is pre-installed on the flagship TV Box, including support for the MIJIA app, XiaoAI voice prompt, and Bluetooth voice remote control. You may also view films from your smartphone, hard drive, or USB flash drive. As with other TV boxes, the gadget supports the installation of games and other applications.
