Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 will have a single hinge for increased durability

Samsung has dominated the foldable smartphone industry, and the firm introduces a number of foldable phones each year to maintain its lead.

Samsung is slated to unveil its next-generation Galaxy Z Fold4 smartphone in the coming months. While the corporation has not confirmed this publicly, many leaks regarding the gadget have appeared online.

According to the newest rumor, the Galaxy Z Fold4 will have a single hinge design. This means the firm is reducing the number of moveable components on the smartphone in order to lower the likelihood of mechanical failure and increase longevity.

According to the source, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 may include a single hinge rather than the additional strengthened wing hinges at the end, resulting in a slimmer and lighter smartphone design. According to reports, the firm will continue to get hinges mostly from KH Vatec.

According to a recent rumor, Samsung’s forthcoming Galaxy Z Fold-series foldable smartphone will include a stronger display material that would allow it to accept the standard S Pen pen. It is planned to have a more robust version of Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG), dubbed the Super UTG.

Samsung is reportedly intending to launch roughly 13 million Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 smartphones in 2022, which is much higher than the 7 million Galaxy Z Fold3 and Flip3 devices supplied last year.
